Great stay for the last days in bangladesh. Very friendly and helpful staff, good service. Rooms were good. We felt very welcome by Mr.Arman & Motier, who assisted us in various situations. Overall we would come back to the hotel and hope the city evolves to a more clean and quite place to even more enjoy.

I just visited (Hotel Name) in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Mr. Maksud Front office manager's behavior is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart.

We had a horrible experience. My family was with me and we travelled from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar by car. When we asked for the extra bed we paid for, they delayed and misbehaved with us. It was for my mother. Then on the spot, we attempted to leave the hotel and they stopped us and offered some compensation. upgradation. Later they didn't keep their word. Their check-in desk and management are very unprofessional. They even didn't apologise during our check-out.

This hotel is terrible. The staff isn’t cooperative at all. They only give one room card in a room occupied by two people. Even after we explained that we need it for our convenience, none of them gave us the key. The elevator is dangerous. Keeps getting stuck and stopping on every floor even though no one called for it. They deactivated our room key one hour thirty minutes before checkout. Food isn’t good. They are very disrespectful towards customers.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its immaculate hospitality. The service was outstanding, complemented by spotless rooms, delicious food, and excellent facilities. The staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring a truly delightful stay.

It was a cosy atmosphere at Ocean paradise. Mr.Sajib has provide us a satisfactory service. We love the swimming poo here. Mr. Motiur has provide good service to us as well. Neat & Cleanliness of the Ocean paradise is remarkable. I have enjoyed the table tennis game with my son Farzad. It was a nice arrangement in the ground floor.

Excellent Service specially from front desk Sr. GSA Mr. Sajib who is very much polite & positive in his action & attitude. Little improvement need call bell issues( made confusion to alongside room at night while rang). Staffs are very much cordial as well
